BASEBALL - 14 & Under

The 14 & under baseball team will play in the I-80 Pony League. 

Last year there were 12 league games (6 home/6 away) and a league tournament. 

The age cutoff for Pony League baseball is January 1st. 

Players may not turn 15 before January 1, 2008.

This team may play in a few tournaments* and pick up a few non-league games.  This team will probably play around 20 games schedule.

* - Non-MYSA and non-League tournaments will NOT be paid for by MYSA.

PLEASE NOTE:  This is competitive baseball.  While efforts will be made to get all players adequate playing time, there are no guarantees for playing time.

2008 PLAYER REGISTRATION FEE

$25 MYSA registration fee + uniform + coach expense

There will be additional expense for the uniform. 

The uniform cost is around $100.  The "coach expense" goes toward offsetting expenses for the young man that will coach this team.  The past two seasons the coach was a non-parent and his mileage expenses were covered.

Fundraisers may be used to help offset this cost.

Registration DEADLINE is February 29th.

Registration deadline is February 29^th.  Registrations turned in after February 29^th must include a $15 late fee. 

There is NO GUARANTEE that a child will placed on a team if the registration is turned in after the deadline.

 A full refund will be issued if the child is not placed on a team.
